Job summary

Valiant Harbor International is seeking a Program Specialist to support the Office of Naval Research (Global) in executing science and technology programs and administrative tasks. This role partners with senior leadership and management teams on fleet S&T engagements, warfighter capability development, and corporate communications.

This is a full-time position in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will hold U.S.

Qualifications

Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have an active DoD Secret clearance or be able to obtain an interim clearance.
Bachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant work experience in U.S. Government S&T program support.
Proven ability to manage customer requirements across diverse tasks including briefing preparation and program administration.
Professional maturity to interact with 0-6/GS-15 level officers/civilians.
Experience planning conferences and multi-day meetings.
Knowledge of the Naval Research and Development Establishment.

Responsibilities

Track and coordinate SA program engagements with ONRG/ONR staff and NR&DE.
Support the SA Program Director in engagements, scheduling, planning, and reporting.
Provide administrative support to the Director of the Science Advisor Program, including SA reporting and recruitment requirements.
Maintain SA program documentation across ONRG IT repositories and related materials.
Coordinate actions with Corporate Communications, Security, Legal, and Facility Management offices.
