Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to support pricing strategy and analytics from its Pittsburgh office. You will analyze data, develop reports and dashboards, and partner with Sales, Product, Marketing and Finance to drive value-based pricing initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years in pricing or related analytics, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and a pragmatic, test-and-learn mindset. Hybrid work arrangement applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, marketing, statistics or related field.
• 1–3 years in pricing, finance, analytics or related commercial role.
• Strong data interpretation and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategy aligned with company goals and business objectives.
• Analyze customer, product, channel and market data for pricing opportunities.
• Evaluate impact of pricing changes on sales, margin and profitability.
• Monitor market conditions and competitive dynamics for pricing decisions.
• Support annual price adjustments, surcharge programs and price harmonization.
• Partner with sales, product, marketing and finance on pricing execution.
