Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Manager, Org Development & Learning based at our Bolingbrook corporate offices with a hybrid schedule. You will design and deliver learning offerings aligned with our organizational strategy and partner with SMEs and stakeholders.

In this role you will facilitate live trainings, evaluate program effectiveness, and create consistent training content across the enterprise, leveraging modern design thinking and learning technologies to enhance the learner experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional systems design, education, organizational development, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate learning strategy, organizational development, talent management, or instructional design.
• Ability to translate complex information into simple, user-friendly learning content.
• Experience designing self-paced eLearning and multimedia training materials.

Responsibilities

• Design learning offerings and development programs with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Facilitate and lead live trainings and sessions.
• Evaluate learning program quality and impact.
• Create consistent training content aligned with enterprise strategy.
