Job summary

This role involves managing strategic customer accounts and ensuring high service levels through effective supply chain execution, blending customer relationship management with operational responsibilities.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years in supply chain and operations, and will work flexibly in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service, Program Management, or Industrial Distribution.
• Experience managing strategic accounts and cross-functional projects.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or APICS/ASCM/PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned strategic accounts.
• Lead customer onboarding, product launches, and business transitions.
• Monitor customer demand forecasts and inventory trends.
• Own order fulfillment performance in partnership with Warehouse Operations.
• Coordinate resolution of customer quality concerns.
• Develop and report customer performance metrics.
• Identify supply chain risks early and coordinate contingency plans.
