Job summary
Consor seeks a stormwater engineer to plan, design, permit, and manage stormwater infrastructure projects in Washington state. You will lead hydrology and hydraulics analyses, drainage facilities, and flood mitigation while collaborating with public agencies, developers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
This hybrid role mixes office and field work. A BS in Civil Engineering, 4+ years of transportation engineering experience, a PE license, and proficiency in
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering is required.
- Minimum four years of transportation engineering experience is required.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- Proficiency in Microstation, AutoCad, and Civil3D software is required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate detailed storm drainage analysis and design for urban and rural transportation projects.
- Conduct drainage analysis and design per project requirements and agency standards.
- Provide hydraulic analysis for cross-drainage structures and incorporate results into roadway and bridge design.
- Design stormwater management systems, storm drain systems, open channels, culverts, bridges hydraulics, and floodplain compensation.
