Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a temporary Store Design & Planning Coordinator in New York City to provide administrative and project support to a dynamic store development team on a hybrid schedule with four days onsite.

This role requires strong organization, self-direction, and the ability to manage reporting, scheduling, project documentation, and vendor coordination with minimal oversight. Salary is $28/hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, store design, construction, or related environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience preparing reports, trackers, and presentations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience supporting store development, design, construction, or project management teams preferred.
• Familiarity with budgets, CAPEX, purchase orders, or project financial tracking a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and project coordination support for store design, construction, and development initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, presentations, project trackers, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, schedules, travel, and team logistics as needed.
• Track project timelines, outstanding deliverables, approvals, and follow-up items to keep initiatives moving forward.
• Assist with budget and expense tracking, including CAPEX-related reporting and documentation.
