Qualifications

BS/BA in an IT-related discipline with 6+ years of experience.
Experience overseeing a portfolio of technology services and leading a technical team's day-to-day execution.
People management including recruiting, hiring, performance management, mentoring.
Experience leading technical projects from planning through delivery.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day oversight for the team, delegating tasks and removing roadblocks.
Oversee the service catalog, identify customer demands, and guide the technical strategy.
