Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable emails and rush payment requests.
• Enter invoices into NetSuite and maintain vendor records.
• Open vendor accounts and distribute W-9 forms and tax certificates.
• Prepare monthly reports for postage, rooms, printing, and Verizon wireless.
• Assist with monthly close and audit schedules.
• Support general ledger journal entries and reconciliation tasks.
• Perform ad-hoc accounting projects as needed.
