D.C. Bar in Washington, DC is seeking a Staff Accountant to support the Finance department with accounts payable processing, general accounting, and monthly close activities.
The role requires experience in accounting or finance, proficiency with NetSuite and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This hybrid position offers interaction with Bar members, volunteers, vendors, and staff while maintaining confidentiality.
The Staff Accountant supports the Finance department by performing accounts payable processing, general accounting functions, and assisting with monthly close activities.
This position is currently a hybrid position, with days worked in the office and days worked remotely. The hybrid status of this position may change at any time subject to the Bar’s discretion.
Job duties may change over time based on organizational/department needs.
