Colonial Parking, Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant II for our hybrid role in Washington, DC.

The position reports to the Accounting Manager and focuses on accurate financial data accumulation and reporting, with room to grow in a well-established company known for dependable service and community impact. The candidate will maintain precise records, apply sound judgment to account issues, and handle monthly financial statements, with collaborations across departments to optimize processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Microsoft GP, PaperSave, BI360).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Enter, review, and verify journal entries across ledgers; ensure accuracy.
• Prepare, review, and issue monthly client financial statements and fee calculations.
• Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts; research variances and resolve issues.
