The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of accounting experience, a BS degree in a related field, and strong Excel skills. You will interact with internal teams and clients, manage deadlines, and contribute to our

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of accounting experience in a company setting.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting concepts and controls.
• Experience with accounts receivable, collections, project accounting, billing, reconciliations, or month-end close preferred.
• Comfort learning accounting systems, working in Excel, and researching discrepancies.
• Ability to manage details and deadlines and communicate professionally with internal teams and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Support accounts receivable, collections, project accounting, accounts payable, and general accounting activities.
• Maintain client and project information, and assist with unit pricing and billing.
• Follow up on collections and prepare bank reconciliations.
• Research and set up vendors, and route vendor invoices.
• Assist with month-end edit checks and close procedures.
