Responsabilités

• Monthly reconciliation of general ledger balance sheet accounts for all companies.
• Analyze balances, research discrepancies and prepare journal entries as needed.
• Prepare various monthly journal entries and reconcile all bank accounts.
• Assist with year-end 1099s and monthly client billings.
• Maintain fixed asset system and depreciation records.
