The role involves vendor invoices, AR, budgeting support, and financial analysis in a technology consulting and data products environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple priorities with confidentiality, contributing to audits and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• 2–5 years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)

Responsabilités

• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
• Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts monthly.
• Assist with month-end close, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
• Process vendor invoices and employee expense reimbursements with proper approvals.
• Assist with customer invoicing, revenue tracking, AR monitoring, and collections.
