Location: Indianapolis, IN (NE Indianapolis near Fort Harrison Park)
Salary: $100,000-$115,000 + Straight Pay + Bonus Potential
Straight Pay: Typically, an additional $15,000-$20,000/year

[HYBRID] Senior Controls Engineer (controls system integration exp. req.) Description

Our client, a project-based automation company, is looking for a Senior Controls Engineer to join their team in Indianapolis. You will be responsible for programming, debugging, and commissioning as well as electrical hardware design. Acting as the Lead Engineer on projects interfacing with customers and vendors, you will be working on PLCs, robotics, vision controllers, VFDs, Servos, Field IO wiring, etc. so you will benefit from a more diverse sandbox to play in. Because their office in Indiana has a smaller group of four engineers, you will have much more exposure and variation in your day-to-day. If you are looking for an opportunity that focuses more on one area that allows for more structure and routine, this wouldn’t be the right fit.
