Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Sports Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in event operations management, with a focus on sports events.
• Proven ability to manage complex logistics and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, budgeting, and financial management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
• Proficiency in event management software and virtual collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all logistical planning and operational aspects of sports events.
• Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and service delivery.
