Job summary

ISO Workforce Alliance in Antioch, CA is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to support one of our partner schools. This role offers flexibility, a supportive school team, and meaningful impact for students benefiting from consistent communication support.

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time. Hours: School hours (flexible based on assignment). Model: Onsite with hybrid options available. Pay: Up to $85/hr (W2 with benefits or 1099).

Qualifications

• PPS Credential or eligibility for school-based waiver.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• CCC credential preferred; CF candidates welcome.
• Prior school-based experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services.
• Conduct assessments and develop IEP goals.
• Maintain timely documentation and progress monitoring.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support students in developing functional communication skills.
• Follow ASHA and California Department of Education guidelines.

Education
