Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support an elementary campus under a contract arrangement. You will deliver direct therapy and evaluations, focusing on building foundational communication skills for a caseload of about 50 students, with facilitation of IEP processes.

This role offers hybrid flexibility with the option to work from home up to two days per week when therapy minutes and evaluations are current, fostering a balanced schedule and supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• Active SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credential; school or healthcare experience preferred
• State licensure as required for practice
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and prioritize tasks independently

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to elementary-age students
• Complete comprehensive speech/language evaluations and reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with facilitators
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans and student goals
• Track and document student progress accurately
