Job summary

Cencora seeks a Specialty Pharmacist Navigator to build relationships with physician practices and support patients using specialty medications. This hybrid role is largely remote and targets an Rph in the Orlando, FL area and surrounding regions.

Responsibilities include engaging practices, arranging meetings with stakeholders, demonstrating ambulatory pharmacy value, and ensuring prescriptions flow properly through to ambulatory pharmacies.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to navigate EMR systems.
• Experience with insurance adjudication processes and prior authorizations is highly desirable.
• Comfortable working with clinical data, lab values, and notes in patient medical records.

Responsibilities

• Engage physician practices to demonstrate specialty Rx value and coordinate care.
• Schedule meetings with key stakeholders and support ambulatory pharmacy partnerships.
• Process prescriptions including insurance adjudication and prior authorizations.
