TrulyHired seeks a Special Education Teacher to support learners in a hybrid classroom, under the supervision of the School Principal. You will implement the district approved curriculum, document student progress, and address individual needs in academics, social skills, and activities of daily living.

You will collaborate with a BCBA, participate in IEP development and PPT meetings, coordinate with outside agencies, and maintain accurate records for colleges and employers as required.

Formación

• State Certification as a Special Education Teacher.
• Bachelor's degree in education discipline applicable to teaching.
• Masters Degree in Special Education.
• Successful prior special education teaching experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with a BCBA to support learners in a hybrid classroom.
• Implement district approved curriculum and document student progress and outcomes.
• Conduct assessments to identify learning issues and plan corrective actions.
• Develop and implement IEPs and participate in PPT meetings.
• Coordinate with outside agencies and inform stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with students and parents.
• Assist in orientation of new teachers and provide in-service training.
• Manage resources and equipment for instructional activities.
