Job summary

Compeer Financial is seeking a product-focused professional to support wholesale operations, drive product development, and improve processes across finance and technology teams.

You will collaborate with sales, leadership, and operations to identify needs and deliver data-driven solutions that enhance client experiences and profitability. This role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years financial services and technology support experience in a financial institution.
• Advanced listening, written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications and CRM programs.
• Advanced analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively work with mid and senior level managers, marketing, technical team members, and production managers to develop long term strategic relationships.
• Must be analytical, have strong technical skills while being a strong communicator to non-technical team members.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead product planning including collaborating on the product roadmap and development as well as new production development and implementation.
• Research best practices and new developments with the ag and financial market.
• Uncover opportunities, gaps, and issues stemming from product/service offerings, sales processes, sales tools, and operational processes.
• Partners with sales, leadership, and operations teams to understand the process and research needs.
• Collaborates with leadership and other stakeholders to insure awareness and adherence to key changes and impact to client acceptance / experience and stakeholder profitability.
• Coordinates and supports various technology integration and improvement efforts to support product delivery.
• Works directly with external vendors and internal technology resources to develop or enhance product delivery.
