Job summary

Compeer Financial, a member-owned cooperative, seeks an experienced FP&A professional to support its Enterprise Financial Management Team. You will manage the annual budget, forecasts, and financial analyses to empower strategic decisions across the organization.

In this hybrid role, you will partner with senior leaders, deliver timely reports, and drive continuous improvement in budgeting processes, leveraging data from internal systems and external sources to enhance financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field or equivalent.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Advanced FP&A experience.
• Farm Credit or financial services experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages the annual operational budget and forecasts in coordination with business units.
• Analyzes profitability results and key drivers; provides insight for improvements.
• Prepares and leads management reporting and variance analyses for senior leaders.
• Partners with leadership to evaluate investments, partnerships, and product opportunities.
• Drives process improvements in budgeting and reporting for efficiency.
