Job summary

Stella Contracting, Inc. is seeking a Solution Architect to lead the design of scalable, secure technology solutions. You will translate complex business requirements into practical architectures and collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, security, data, and business teams.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with regular in-person alignment, architecture reviews, and project engagements. The initial engagement is a 12-month renewable contract, with renewal opportunities based on

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solution or systems architecture.
• Experience designing complex technology solutions.
• Knowledge of enterprise apps, APIs, databases, and networking.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end technology solutions aligned with business objectives, standards, security, and scalability.
• Translate requirements into clear architectures and designs.
• Evaluate applications, platforms, infrastructure, integrations, APIs, databases, and services.
• Develop architecture diagrams, specifications, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Partner with engineering, cloud, security, infrastructure, data, and project teams through lifecycle.
• Assess current environments and identify modernization opportunities.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and assess business value, feasibility, security.
