Job summary

Stella Contracting, Inc. is seeking an accomplished Solution Architect to lead the design of scalable, secure, and business-focused technology solutions.

The role blends remote flexibility with regular in-person collaboration in a hybrid setup. The initial 12-month renewable contract offers opportunities based on performance and project needs, with a strong emphasis on enterprise security, reliability, and architecture governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, systems architecture, software engineering, infrastructure, cloud technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience designing and implementing complex technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, integrations, APIs, databases, networking, infrastructure, and modern software architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end technology solutions aligned with business objectives, technical standards, security requirements, and scalability needs.
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical architectures and solution designs.
• Evaluate applications, platforms, infrastructure, integrations, APIs, databases, and technology services.
• Develop architecture diagrams, technical specifications, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Partner with software engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, and project teams through the solution lifecycle.
• Assess existing environments and identify opportunities for modernization, automation, and cost reduction.
