NCAA in Indianapolis, Indiana, is seeking a Solution Architect – Corporate System to design technology solutions for HR, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Legal and Travel Operations. The role emphasizes TOGAF-aligned architecture and enterprise best practices.

You will lead cross-functional teams, evaluate 3rd party platforms (including HRIS and ERP), and drive scalable, secure solutions while mentoring colleagues and ensuring regulatory compliance. Hybrid work with 2 days in office, 3 remote.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in a Solution Architect role or similar.
• 5+ years with Oracle ERP, EPM/EPCM, UKG/UltiPro or other HRIS systems.
• TOGAF certification required.
• Hybrid work: 2 days in Indianapolis office, 3 days remote.

• Collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and implement scalable, secure technology solutions; evaluate 3rd party capabilities.
• Develop and maintain blueprints aligning with TOGAF standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor 3rd party platform teams; participate in hiring.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural diagrams.
• Ensure solutions comply with security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and architectural practices.
