Job summary

Aon seeks a Global Solution Architect to design scalable employee benefit solutions and lead complex implementations for large clients. The role blends technical depth with client-facing leadership in a hybrid or virtual setting.

You will mentor teams, craft process playbooks, and ensure high-quality delivery through clear documentation and training. Travel internationally may be required as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in benefits, HR tech, or consulting.
• Strong grasp of financial metrics and risk concepts.
• Experience with project lifecycles and Agile delivery.
• Configuration, event flows, testing in complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable benefits solutions for multinational accounts.
• Partner with benefit managers to implement repeatable configurations.
• Mentor stakeholders and shape playbooks for delivery.
• Define templates and documentation for new services.
• Deliver trainings to cross-functional teams and clients.
• Guide production deployments and system updates.
