The role requires full-time onsite presence with a hybrid schedule: 4 days in office and 1 day working from home.

Remote work is not available for this position. The candidate will drive architecture strategy, governance, and delivery, aligning business goals with technology execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise architecture, solution architecture or senior engineering roles.
• Experience with ERP (Infor/SyteLine or similar), CRM (Salesforce) and enterprise integrations.
• Strong background in cloud architecture (Azure preferred), APIs and data platforms (Databricks).
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives (ERP, CRM, data modernization).

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the enterprise apps architecture blueprint, standards, and reference models.
• Translate business capabilities into technology roadmaps for ERP, CRM and integrations.
• Guide solution architects and vendors to ensure adherence to architecture standards.
• Provide architectural guidance during deployments and ensure quality delivery.
