Job summary

ScriptPro is seeking a Software Systems Engineer to develop and test system procedures, perform network and desktop support, and contribute to automation efforts. The role involves testing configuration code and producing technical documents while collaborating across software, hardware, and robotics teams.

Hybrid work between on-campus Mission, KS and remote days, with regular details per departmental policy. A strong background in Windows systems, IT support, and documentation is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years equivalent work experience
• 2+ years troubleshooting Windows OS and servers
• 1+ years writing technical documents
• Experience with computer hardware and peripherals
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative and adaptable team member

Responsibilities

• Implement and test configuration procedures for Windows Operating Systems and applications
• Configure and manage test systems as needed
• Work with hardware located on ScriptPro campus
• Use automated testing tools to test ScriptPro products
• Perform security scans of systems
• Write technical documents
• Work in agile teams using agile methodologies and framework
• Perform other duties as assigned
