Role emphasizes design, development, testing, and deployment across C/C++, Java, Python, and Rust, with collaboration across cross‑functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required; must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
• Deep experience with C, C++, Java, or Object-Oriented Design principles.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of work time to client sites and conferences.
• Work Location based in Dayton, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and document high‑quality software using C/C++, Java, Python, and Rust.
• Analyze design approaches to improve efficiency, stability, and scalability of system resources.
• Build and maintain deep technical expertise in Tangram Flex products to support deployments and demos.
• Support end‑to‑end system testing, performance analysis, and troubleshooting across integrated hardware/software setups.
• Actively participate in Agile SDLC events and integration activities.
• Collaborate with software, systems, and cross-functional teams to refine requirements and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
