Manulife John Hancock is seeking a Software Engineering, Security & Operations Co-op in Boston for a 6-month term. You will work with software, security, and platform teams to improve delivery, security, and developer experience.

Gain hands-on SDLC exposure, cloud tech experience, and tooling like Azure, GitHub, and SonarQube while contributing to automation and security initiatives. This hybrid role runs Jan 5–June 24, 2027, with in-office Tue-Thu and remote Mon-Fri.

Formación

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in CS/SE/IT/Cybersecurity or related field.
• Experience with programming, scripting, or automation through coursework, projects, or internships.
• Strong interest in software engineering, cloud technologies, application security, or software delivery.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support software delivery and deployment processes.
• Assist with release readiness and production implementations.
• Contribute to automation initiatives that improve developer productivity.
• Support application security and vulnerability remediation efforts.
