Responsibilities

• Lead one or two engineering teams delivering high-quality software.
• Improve delivery practices and maintain team morale.
• Plan objectives aligned to product goals and company priorities.
• Coordinate execution with minimal supervision and accountability.
• Track capacity, workload, and prioritization for sustainable delivery.
• Conduct regular 1:1s and provide coaching feedback.
• Drive recruiting to ensure needed skills and staffing.
• Define career paths and support engineers' growth.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams for issue resolution.
• Provide visibility of progress to stakeholders outside the team.
