Responsibilities

• Design, code, test and analyze software programs and applications.
• Analyze and amend errors, timely and accurately.
• Perform program maintenance for moderate complexity projects.
• Occasionally perform analysis and develop specifications on less complex projects.
• Test applications and features to ensure defect-free delivery to end users.
• Provide technical support to various application systems; troubleshoot and correct problems.
• Report to management on project status as requested.
• Develop relationships with end users and IT personnel.
• Prepare and/or update documentation according to department standards.
• May provide guidance to Associate software developers.
• Occasionally conduct meetings and participate in training for end users.
• Night call may be required.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
