Responsibilities

• Translates user requirements into technical specifications. Documents, designs and codes programs.
• Develops, designs, recommends and implements software solutions to meet business needs.
• Serves as project manager for technology projects, software implementations and systems upgrades.
• Supports testing and problem solving/debugging of solutions.
• Diagnoses and resolves software issues. Detects trends and patterns in support requests that indicate a need for code revision.
• Develops and maintains detailed system documentation. Provides various reports as assigned.
• Exercises professional leadership by keeping abreast of current trends, developments, technologies, methodologies and opportunities within field of responsibility.
