Covenir is a BPO partner to insurance carriers and a technology-forward company. This entry-level hybrid role blends foundational development work with data responsibilities, routing toward Software Developer II or Data Analyst as needs evolve.

You’ll contribute to a multi-modular platform, write code in JavaScript/Node.js or C#, and craft data reports while learning Azure, Git, and AI-assisted tools within an 80/20 development model.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of software development experience or equivalent coursework.
• Basic SQL for data extraction and reporting.
• Familiarity with Azure services as used on The Platform.
• Version control experience (Git/GitHub).
• Understanding of authentication and access frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Build and fix small-to-medium features on The Platform in JavaScript/Node.js, C#, or equivalent.
• Write SQL queries for data extraction and basic reporting.
• Support basic reporting and data requests bridging data analyst and developer roles.
• Apply AI-assisted development tools as part of the 80/20 model and verify results.
• Document work clearly for senior review and follow Agile sprint assignments.
