Qualifications

• Deep software architecture knowledge in embedded systems is required.
• Experience leading technical teams in large cross-functional organizations.
• Ability to define and drive KPIs and OKRs for software architecture.
• Experience shaping roadmaps and governance across multiple domains.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 12-15 Software Architecture Engineers and Technical Specialists to develop and oversee the organization’s Software Architecture strategy.
• Establish and maintain Software Architecture governance, including adherence to requirements and best practices.
• Define KPIs and OKRs to drive software Architecture efficiency and alignment with goals and Built-in-Quality strategy.
• Influence cross-functional partners to align on priorities, decisions, and standards.
• Resolve competing demands and conflicts while maintaining focus on outcomes.
• Navigate ambiguity, define action plans, assign ownership, and drive momentum.
• Speak candidly about risks, roadblocks, and gaps.
