The Shipyard in the United States is seeking a creative Social Media Designer to bring brands to life across social platforms. You’ll craft static graphics, short-form video, photography and campaign concepts, partnering with creative, social, PR and account teams to turn strategy into engaging content.

This hybrid role requires in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays, with remote work on other days. Candidates should live near Columbus, OH; Cleveland, OH; Denver, CO; New York, NY; or San Diego, CA.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to create engaging social-first content across formats.
• Strong visual storytelling aligned to brand voice and guidelines.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (creative, social, PR, accounts).
• Demonstrated knowledge of current social trends and formats.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute social-first creative for multiple clients (graphics, posts, stories, reels).
• Plan and execute social calendars that bring brand narratives to life.
• Create and edit short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Capture and edit photography and video content for social channels and campaigns.
• Monitor brand channels and engage audiences in a timely, thoughtful way.
• Collaborate with teams to bring integrated campaigns to life.
• Support reporting by linking creative to client goals.
