Job summary

M Booth in New York is seeking a mid-level Designer/Social Media Creator to join our creative team. You will collaborate with a social content squad across multiple brands to craft social-first content using design, photography and video.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of experience, a bold portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. You will work within brand guidelines, manage deadlines, and contribute to a hybrid work culture that values creativity and humanity.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in design/content for social media.
• Portfolio including bold social content and design in other media.
• Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite and social platforms.
• Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc.
• Motion design and illustration a plus; AI image workflows welcome.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines; detail-oriented.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, shoot and/or design social content, ads and other assets.
• Find and present content design inspiration that informs your work.
• Design for various media, primarily social content, but including websites, presentations and print.
• Present your work to internal teams and external clients.
• Manage your day to meet strict deadlines and prioritize requests.
• Collaborate with a team of creatives and strategists; incorporate feedback.
• Work within brand guides and design systems.
