The Shipyard is a creative social media design role focusing on graphics, video and social strategy across client brands. You will shape content from static posts to short-form video and campaigns, partnering with creative, social, PR and account teams to translate strategy into engaging content.

This hybrid role requires in-office attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays with remote work options. The candidate should live near Columbus, OH, Cleveland, OH, Denver, CO, New York, NY, or San Diego, CA.

Formación

• 3–7 years of experience in graphic design, social media, marketing or related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling and social-first creative.
• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut and Figma.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute social-first creative across multiple clients, including graphics, posts, stories, reels and other digital content.
• Ideate, concept and execute social media calendars that bring brand strategies and narratives to life.
• Create and edit short-form video for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Capture and edit photography and video content as needed for social channels and campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring integrated campaigns to life.
