Qualifications

• Pursuing Marketing degree with 4.0+ GPA.
• /P>
• Proven experience creating content for social media (personal or professional).
• Based in the Washington-Baltimore Metropolitan Area.
• Available to be in office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
• Able to travel to production locations as needed.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook.
• Ability to shoot and edit high-quality short-form video on a phone or camera.

Responsibilities

• Production Assistant: gather equipment, assist shoots, help with wardrobe and set up.
• Content Creation: plan and capture content aligned with campaigns, edit for social delivery, produce 15 reels/images per quarter.
• Social Media Engagement: respond to comments and engage with the community.
