Qualifications

• Recent graduate or currently seeking an associate or bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or related fields.
• Prefer one year of administrative experience with organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and strong writing/editing skills.
• Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software.
• Creative mindset with ability to connect with people of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing the schedule for our communities’ social media accounts on multiple platforms.
• Analyze engagement sentiment and campaign performance using Sprout Social.
• Assist in coordinating photo and video shoots.
• Visit nearby communities to capture content as needed.
• Provide backup support to Home Office Sales & Marketing team.
• Perform additional responsibilities to support team members.
