Job summary

Mulbah Media LLC is seeking an Account Executive Intern to support campaign execution, production coordination, and partner communications for twelve founder-led brands. You will assist with partner meetings, draft pre/post meeting notes, and help produce advertising reports while contributing across marketing tasks.

This part-time, fixed-term role lasts 6 months with potential for a full-time position based on performance.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Marketing or related degree.
• GPA 4.0 or higher.
• Based in the Washington Metropolitan Area.
• In-person on Mon/Wed 9:00–17:00; some days remote.
• Willingness to travel to production locations.

Responsibilities

• Support campaign execution and partner communications.
• Prepare pre- and post-meeting materials and notes.
• Coordinate production logistics and shoot schedules.
• Assist with advertising reports and partner surveys.
• Maintain logs and follow-up tasks in project tools.
