TEKsystems is seeking a Service Operations Center (SOC) Analyst in Dublin, OH for a contract-to-hire, hybrid role. You will monitor enterprise systems, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate resolution in a 24x365 environment, collaborating with NOC/SOC teams and cross‑functional partners.

The ideal candidate has SOC/NOC experience, Linux know‑how, strong communication, and the ability to stay composed during critical incidents while driving improvements and automation across the stack.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in NOC/SOC or 24x7 operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident escalation skills.
• Hands-on with Linux environments and enterprise monitoring.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to stay calm during high-priority incidents.

Responsibilities
