Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager - Automation to lead governance, planning, and execution of automation initiatives across fab, weld, paint, and assembly, partnering with Operations Engineering, IT, Safety, and Quality to drive measurable improvements.

This hybrid role requires 10+ years in manufacturing automation, ERP/MES/WMS integration, and a proven track record of leading cross-functional programs. Travel is 0-25%, and work hours align with a 7 am–5 pm schedule.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, automation engineering, or related field.
Significant experience with manufacturing automation systems and their integration into production environments.
Experience with ERP, MES, WMS or similar enterprise systems integration.
Proven track record leading cross-functional programs that span automation deployment and IT/OT convergence.

Responsibilities

Lead automation and integration programs for AGV/AMR deployment and smart factory initiatives.
Establish standards for automation projects, including data protocols and cybersecurity.
Manage vendor selection, installation, commissioning, and validation.
Coordinate with Safety and Quality to meet standards and traceability.
Provide executive-level reporting on roadmap, projects, and ROI.
