Faith Technologies, a leading engineering and manufacturing solutions provider, seeks an Engineering Manager - Automation to govern and execute automation initiatives across multiple facilities. You will shape integration standards, roadmaps, and enterprise alignment while delivering measurable gains in capacity and efficiency.

The role requires directing cross‑functional teams, overseeing vendor selection, and ensuring safe, validated automation systems linked to ERP/MES/WMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in manufacturing, operations, automation engineering, controls integration, or related field.
• Experience with manufacturing automation systems and their integration into production environments.
• Proven track record leading cross‑functional programs spanning automation deployment and IT/OT convergence.
• Experience integrating ERP, MES, WMS with manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation and integration programs across fab, weld, paint, and assembly.
• Establish standards for controls architecture, data protocols, cybersecurity, and validation criteria.
• Oversee deployment of automation systems to improve throughput, safety, and material handling.
• Integrate PLCs, robotics, SCADA, and HMI with ERP/MES/WMS for real‑time scheduling and inventory visibility.
• Define smart factory roadmaps connecting equipment to cloud data platforms for analytics.
• Develop security‑aware IT/OT network architectures supporting uptime.
• Lead vendor selection, procurement, installation, and validation of automation equipment.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to maintain control standards and change management processes.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance through risk assessments and traceability.
• Track KPIs like uptime, cycle time, labor productivity, and ROI; report to executives.
• Lead and mentor automation project teams and manage continuous improvement initiatives.
