Job summary

Arizona Public Service (APS) is seeking a Facility Siting Supervisor to lead a team responsible for locating and securing transmission and generation siting sites. You will liaison with internal departments, regulators, and stakeholders to ensure project energization aligns with regulatory and environmental requirements.

The role requires a four-year degree with 5 years of relevant siting experience or nine years in lieu of a degree, plus leadership and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Construction Management, Engineering or related field plus 5 years in siting or project management.
• In lieu of a degree, 9 years of relevant siting/project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise siting team and manage staffing, coaching and performance expectations.
• Prioritize siting work across multiple projects and monitor schedules and resources.
• Coordinate with engineering, legal, environmental and construction teams for planning and permitting.
• Identify risks in site selection and permitting; develop mitigation plans.
• Maintain siting practices, documentation, and public engagement processes.
