Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests and shifting priorities.
• Clear, professional communication for interacting with providers and internal teams.
• Demonstrated phone etiquette and persistence when following up with facilities.
• High attention to detail and consistent documentation habits.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Submit clear, accurate patient record requests to providers' Release of Information departments.
• Follow up persistently via phone, email, and fax to ensure timely delivery of records.
• Upload, label, and organize received medical records in Salesforce with attention to detail.
• Maintain accurate documentation of provider interactions and collection activity in Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics for collection volume and turnaround times.
• Build professional relationships with provider offices to facilitate smoother access.
