Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health in Nutley, NJ seeks a Simulation Program Manager to lead the SIM Center operations, including scheduling, equipment, and policy administration, while supervising the SIM center team.

You will collaborate with HMSOM Clinical Skills to develop the curriculum, provide technical guidance for simulation programs, and ensure safe, efficient delivery of clinical skills training across the center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Master's degree in Health Sciences, Computer Science or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages all operations related to the SIM center including scheduling and conflicts among tenants.
• In conjunction with the HMSOM Clinical Skills team, develops and executes the curriculum for simulation activities.
• Provides technical and operational guidance and support to clinical skills programming.
• Develops, updates and revises operational policies and SOPs as needed.
• Oversees SIM Center labs, equipment, and performance of SIM Techs and SP Educator.

Education
