Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Structural Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• Experience performing finite element analysis and engineering simulations.
• Strong understanding of mechanics of materials, structural behavior, and engineering fundamentals.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• 5 plus years of engineering experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine 3D simulation models from CAD geometry
• Perform structural, thermal, dynamic, fatigue, and nonlinear analysis as required
• Define engineering loads, material properties, and boundary conditions for simulation studies
• Evaluate stress, deflection, stability, vibration, and failure modes
• Interpret simulation results and identify design risks or performance limitations
• Recommend design improvements to enhance strength, durability, manufacturability, and performance
• Support prototype development and validation testing activities
• Correlate simulation analysis results with physical test data and field performance
• Assist with engineering troubleshooting and failure investigations
• Support product development projects from concept through production
• Prepare technical reports, engineering documentation, and analysis summaries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and product management
• Support code compliance and product qualification activities where applicable
