Job summary

Federal Heath is seeking a Project Manager for our Hurst TX or Jacksonville TX team. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least 2 days per week to coordinate on-site activities and client communications.

The PM will oversee custom signage projects from start to finish, including costing, manufacturing, installation, site surveys, permits, and change orders, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and accurate invoicing.

Qualifications

• Experience managing custom signage projects or similar complex builds.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently within schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a custom project from start to finish.
• Costing, manufacturing and installation responsibilities.
• Review site surveys and code checks.
• Prepare estimates and customer proposals.
• Coordinate permits with installers.
• Issue purchase orders to suppliers.
• Communicate with field supervisors.
• Maintain job costs and change orders.
• Prepare variance and warranty reports.
• Approve A/P invoices and process customer invoicing.
• Maintain customer communications and project coordination.
• Maintain internal systems and program spreadsheets.
