Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Project Manager – Show Site to align Freeman client production requirements with design and engineering teams, improving efficiency, controlling costs and ensuring clear information flow. The role supports our Audio Visual and Event Technology teams and follows the client contract through delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in events operations/PM, strong leadership, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years operations / project management in Audio/Visual or Staging.
• Must have strong knowledge of the convention, tradeshow and hotel industry, with 5-7 years in operations / project management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; PMP/CTS are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participates in site surveys to ensure proper planning of events.
• Creates and manages pre-production workflow using project management tools (e.g., Workfront).
• Schedules and coordinates trucking, facility arrangements, and staffing.
• Reviews purchase orders and approves invoices; compiles post-show reports.
