Job summary

The Freeman Company seeks a Project Manager – Show Site to orchestrate client production requirements, control costs, and ensure smooth information flow from sales to delivery. The role supports our Audio Visual and Event Technology teams, with a hybrid schedule requiring 2-3 days on-site per week.

Based in Las Vegas or other show sites, the ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in AV or staging, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with diverse teams to meet client expectations and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years operations / project management in Audio/Visual or Staging.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, HS Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Must have strong knowledge of the convention, tradeshow and hotel industry / minimum 5–7 years in operations / project management.
• Detail oriented and able to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership skills with the ability to work across teams.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules for large programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules and budgets with cross-functional teams.
• Manage on-site operations during events ensuring timely delivery.
• Develop pre-production workflows using project management tools.
• Collaborate with design and operations teams to meet client requirements.
• Maintain reports and post-show debriefs to improve future events.
